Who is responsible

Keon Ijeh operates iiinsider club from Dallas, Texas, United States. The business is operated by an individual, not an LLC. Contact support@iiinsider.club with a privacy question or request.

This notice describes our handling of information. Whop, Discord, Vercel and Google also process information under their own policies when providing their services.

Visiting the website

The website has no account registration or card-entry forms. We do not use advertising pixels or session replay. The example calculators and lab run in your browser and do not send your input amounts to us.

Vercel hosts the site. Page requests can include an IP address, browser details, requested page and request time, which the host may process for delivery, security and operational logs. See Vercel's privacy policy.

Browser storage remembers your example stake and progress through the free tools. These values describe demonstrations, not your actual trades or exchange balance. They have no automatic expiry in the current site. Clear this site's data in your browser to remove them. The site does not set its own cookies; service providers may use cookies on their own pages.

Website analytics

On iiinsider.club, we use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which public pages people visit and where they choose to leave for checkout or Discord. Reports include page views, visit times, referring sites, approximate location, device type, operating system and browser information. Checkout and Discord clicks record the page where they happened; they do not tell us whether someone paid or joined the server.

We remove query strings and fragments from the page URLs sent to analytics and allow only our listed public pages. We do not send calculator inputs, email addresses, membership identifiers or free text as event details. Collection is skipped when an incoming referrer includes a path beyond its root, a query string or a fragment, because the analytics script does not let us redact that value.

We also skip analytics when existing Vercel attribution data is present in browser storage, or when the browser does not let us check that storage. We leave existing browser data unchanged.

Vercel describes Web Analytics as using a hash derived from the incoming request to distinguish visitors, without third-party cookies, and discarding its visitor session identifier after 24 hours. That is separate from retention of aggregated reports. See Vercel's Web Analytics privacy documentation for its data handling.

Our analytics collection is disabled on local and preview sites. On the production site, we skip collection when your browser exposes an enabled Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. These choices do not prevent hosting requests needed to deliver the page, or change how Whop and other providers process information on their own services.

Purchases and membership access

Whop hosts checkout, processes payments and manages subscription status. We may receive the account name, email, order reference, product, payment or refund status and membership dates needed to provide access, answer billing questions and keep business records. Card entry takes place with Whop and its payment providers; this website does not collect or store full card details.

The Whop Discord integration links your membership to the Discord account you connect and manages the paid Insider role. It processes account identifiers and membership status to grant or remove access. See Whop's privacy policy.

Discord and support

Your Discord profile and messages are visible to people with access to the relevant channels. Server administrators, moderators and installed bots may have additional permissions. Membership and moderation events may be recorded to manage access and investigate problems. A private channel is not a promise of confidentiality. See Discord's privacy policy.

Support email uses Google Workspace. We use your email address, message, attachments and relevant order details to answer you, handle cancellations or refunds and resolve access problems. See Google's privacy policy. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, exchange API keys or information you do not need to share for support.

Use, sharing and retention

We use information to deliver the membership, administer billing and access, provide support, understand website use, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell member information or share it for targeted advertising. We share information with service providers as needed for those functions, or when legally required. Providers may process data in the United States or other countries under their own applicable safeguards.

We keep member and support information while needed for access, open requests, disputes, security and legally required business records, then delete it or remove identifying details where feasible. The relevant period depends on the record and applicable obligations. Whop, Discord, Google and Vercel control retention in their own systems. Closing a membership does not automatically delete their records.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing supports the membership agreement, legitimate operational and security interests, legal obligations or your consent, depending on the activity. You can withdraw consent for an optional use without changing processing already lawfully performed.

Your choices and requests

Email support@iiinsider.club to request access, correction or deletion of information we hold, or to raise an objection or privacy complaint. We may ask for enough information to verify the account without asking for a password. Available rights and exceptions depend on applicable law; we will explain any request we cannot fulfill. You may also contact the appropriate privacy regulator where that right applies.

Use each provider's controls for information they hold independently. Clear browser storage to reset website preferences. Deleting site data, leaving Discord or requesting data deletion does not itself cancel billing; see the cancellation instructions.

Membership is intended for adults 18 and over. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact support so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate. We will update this notice when data practices change and notify affected members where required.
