Terms of membership

1. Your membership provider

Keon Ijeh operates iiinsider club from Dallas, Texas, United States. GhostKeyz is the operator's public name. The business is currently operated by an individual, not an LLC. Contact us at support@iiinsider.club.

We provide the membership, support and refund decisions. Whop handles checkout and payment processing under its Buyer Terms.

2. What is included

• Community access

Signals and community access are delivered in Discord. After payment, open iiinsider club in Whop, select the Discord app, connect your Discord account and claim access. Contact support if access does not appear. A Discord account and compliance with its rules are required.

There is no guaranteed number of signals, specific market coverage, win rate or return. Website sample cards are illustrative. This membership does not include trading funds, account management, a copytrader or automatic order placement. Any future automated trading product would require a separate offer and explicit agreement.

3. Eligibility and your decisions

Membership is for adults aged 18 or older where the service may lawfully be used. You must also meet the age, location and other requirements of any exchange you use. Buying membership does not establish your eligibility to trade.

Signals are general information, not advice tailored to your circumstances. You decide whether to trade, how much to risk and whether a signal still applies. Read the risk disclosure. Do not share exchange passwords or API keys.

4. Monthly price and automatic renewal

Membership costs $100/month (USD), plus applicable taxes and any separately disclosed Whop fees. The checkout shows your total before payment. There is no free trial or setup fee for this plan.

Your first payment starts your monthly billing period. By subscribing at checkout, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel. Your renewal date and payment history are available in your Whop orders. Renewals are not a fixed installment plan.

5. Cancel at any time

You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal. Access continues through the end of your paid billing period.

Sign in to Whop, go to Profile → Orders, select this membership and choose Cancel membership. Whop sends a confirmation. On the mobile app, use your profile picture → Manage Orders. Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge.

If you cannot cancel, email support@iiinsider.club from your purchase email with your order reference. We will honor the date we receive a clear cancellation request and refund any renewal charged after that request. Leaving Discord or deleting an app does not cancel billing. Cancellation alone does not refund a past charge.

6. Membership refunds

Request a full refund of your current monthly membership fee within 7 calendar days of the initial charge or any renewal. An approved refund ends paid access and cancels future renewals. This covers the membership fee, not trading losses. Your statutory rights still apply.

Email support@iiinsider.club or use Whop's refund-request option for the order. Include the purchase email and order reference; do not send card details or exchange credentials. You do not need to prove a trading loss or explain why you changed your mind to use the 7-day policy.

The refund covers the membership fee for that billing month, not earlier months, trading capital, exchange fees or trading losses. Applicable tax adjustments are processed with the refund. Separately charged Whop or bank fees follow that provider's policy, subject to your legal rights. Approved refunds go to the original payment method through Whop; processing time depends on the provider and your bank.

After the 7-day window, ordinary cancellation stops future renewals without a partial refund for unused days. If paid access was not provided and we cannot restore it, we will refund the membership fee for the affected billing month. Duplicate or incorrect charges and other service failures can be raised at any time. This policy does not restrict mandatory consumer rights, statutory withdrawal rights or payment-dispute rights.

7. Personal access and community conduct

Your subscription gives you personal, non-transferable access for the paid period. Do not share credentials, resell access or redistribute member-only signals without permission. Do not harass others, share private information, impersonate people, promote scams, manipulate markets or make false performance claims.

We may restrict access to address a rule violation or immediate safety concern. We will explain the reason where lawful and practical; you may contact support to request a review. If we end your paid membership, we will stop renewal and refund the unused portion of the current membership fee. Existing Early Access members retain their separate free signal access; they are not automatically enrolled in paid billing.

8. Service limits and your rights

Signals can be wrong or delayed. Prices, liquidity and fills can differ from the bot's. Platforms and software can fail. No trading result or uninterrupted service is promised. These limits do not excuse failure to provide the membership sold to you.

Nothing here excludes a liability, remedy or consumer right that applicable law protects. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a waiver of statutory rights.

9. Changes and contact

Material price, service or terms changes will be communicated to affected members before they take effect, with time to cancel before a changed renewal. Changes apply prospectively and will not rewrite an existing refund request. Where consent is required, we will obtain it. If we discontinue membership, we will stop future billing and refund any paid period of access we cannot provide.
